Fehr Algorithmus Watch evaluates eBay listings and imported device lists for commercial ITAD, buy-in and refurbishing workflows.

• Read-only analysis: Watch does not buy, bid or process payments.
• No interference with third-party eBay accounts or transactions.
• Built for B2B users (dealers, ITAD operators, refurbishers, bulk buyers).

2. Security and usage

• does not store eBay passwords
• does not click Bid / Buy / Pay buttons
• does not access private eBay accounts
• works with publicly visible listing data (including title, price, seller name) and list data you import
• is aimed at commercial use and is not a consumer subscription product

3. Main features

3.1 Keyword search

eBay market research by keyword with immediate evaluation of matching offers.

3.2 Single-item evaluation

Load a single auction/listing. Analysis includes risk, material value, GPU, CPU, bids and remaining time.

3.3 List import (XLSX / CSV / TSV)

• Pre-assessment of full lists
• Duplicate merge
• Device-type detection
• Valuation based on imported list data

3.4 Camera / OCR scan

Recognition of model numbers and device types at goods-in; classification from photos and nameplates.

3.5 Market compare / Terapeak import

Import sold-data from Terapeak by pasting JSON from the browser Network tab (no CSV download required). Use the same search term as in Terapeak.

3.6 Watch list

Overview including risk, material value, GPU, CPU, bids, remaining time and timestamps.

3.7 Data shredder / wipe and certificate

• Prepare a USB stick (ShredOS) under the Data shredder tool
• Upload offline wipe logs (Import wipe logs)
• PDF certificate when log status is SUCCESS and SMART is PASSED
• Wipe ✓ chip in the list opens the existing certificate

3.8 Erasure stations

Stations are configured per customer account (ID, token, status). Admins can view and deactivate stations. Active station count depends on the account.

3.9 Live support (Premium)

Tickets go to the master operator. Requires at least one current photo in the upload area. Available on the Premium plan.

3.10 Co-branding

Company name and customer logo in the UI; FehrWatch remains visible as the platform. PDF white-label is a paid add-on.

4. System monitor and sessions

The admin monitor shows active sessions, TTL, recent actions and history (e.g. list import, eBay search, analysis, vision scan).

5. API and usage quotas

• API quota today: daily usage in the UI (typically up to 5000 calls/day)
• Plan quota: monthly scans by subscription tier

Exact limits depend on the plan. Monthly top-up is not enabled by default.

6. Legal notes

• Watch-only mode: no purchase or payment features
• Market values and risk signals are non-binding estimates
• No commercial affiliation with eBay
